Horizons North Credit Union moving to Westminster, Colorado in 2020!
On Friday, May 31st, Horizons North Credit Union held a groundbreaking ceremony at the future location of their new Westminster, CO location. The new property is located on the corner of Huron Street and 136th Avenue. Once the building is completed they will move all of their operations and retail services from Northglenn, CO to Westminster, CO. The move is less than 4 miles door-to-door. President and CEO Bradley H. Harvey commented “We look forward to our move to Westminster, we appreciate the City of Northglenn and all that they have done for the credit union. Our relationship goes back to the 60s! And we’ll continue to work together into the future.”
The new 17,262 square foot building will accommodate the member growth HNCU is currently experiencing and allow future expansion. The new facility will have an updated design featuring pods offering more personalized member service, an interactive ATM, 2-lanes offering convenient drive-up services and easy access from within the Metro North area. The 2-story building will have 6,000 square feet of space available for rent and is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2020.
Horizons North Credit Union has a rich history of serving the Metro North community since 1960. HNCU is a full-service financial institution serving the needs of Adams, Broomfield, and Denver Counties, the staff, parents and students of the Adams 12 Five Star Schools District, the City of Northglenn employees, Community Reach Center, Independent Electrical Contractors - Rocky Mountain, and many other local community partners in the Metro North area. Today we serve over 7,700 members with $90 million in assets.
