Our office is available from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM to assist members. We still have limited lobby access inside our building and we are following community guidelines for the number of people allowed in the building. Appointments are required to see a Financial Service Representative for new accounts and lending services. You can make an appointment by calling our main line at 303-451-1146. We do ask that all members wear a mask while inside the building doing business. Our staff is being very diligent in sanitizing between members for your protection. Use of the drive-up is still strongly encouraged. Thank you for your patience during these challenging times. We appreciate your membership! Just a reminder as of June 16, 2020 we will be relocated to our new building at 13559 Huron Street, Westminster, CO 80234. We look forward to serving you there
Convenient Payment Options for HNCU Loans
HNCU offers several quick, efficient, and safe ways to make loan payments.
Pay a Loan Using Home Banking
If you’re a Horizons Online Banking user you can transfer money from your HNCU savings or checking account to your HNCU loan or Mastercard® credit card. Enjoy 24/7 account access. Make a one-time transfer or schedule monthly transfers. Set it up once and let us do the rest!
HNCU Mobile App
Download our iPhone and Android App and use your mobile device to transfer funds from your HNCU savings or checking account to your HNCU loan or Mastercard® credit card.
ACH Payments (Automated Clearing House)
ACH transfers are another way to simplify your monthly bill paying. This is a convenient way to make your HNCU loan or Mastercard® credit card payment from a third-party account. Funds are electronically transferred from your account through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system. Members with an account somewhere else can debit that account and make a one-time loan payment or schedule recurring payments for a fixed amount. Pay a Loan Using Online Payment Portal**
Make Payment Online
Use our Web Payment Portal to make payments from a savings or checking account at another financial institution or with a non-HNCU debit card or credit card. To make your one-time payment, you’ll need to provide your bank’s routing number and your account number, and your HNCU member number and loan suffix.
This service has been updated and has a new look.
If you were registered to use our old online payment portal you will need to re-register to begin using this new system. You will need to wait up to 24-hours to get approved then you can start using the portal. Be sure to have your account number handy.
*We use a third-party vendor to process your online payments when using a credit card or non-HNCU account. Our vendor will charge a $7.50 processing fee each time the one-time payment service is used. You can avoid the processing fee by scheduling recurring payments. To set-up recurring payments please complete the form and submit to HNCU with a voided check.
