We are upgrading Horizons Online in order to provide our members with the most up-to-date technological and security advancements in the banking industry. These changes will result in an enhanced online banking experience that will be fast, secure and easy to use.

  • Online Banking will be unavailable March 9th
  • For security reasons, the first time you login to Horizons Online after the upgrade you must use a TEMPORARY PASSWORD. Your temporary password is made up of lowercase "hncu" and the last four numbers of the primary account holder's Social Security Number. (For example, Chris Jones with SS# 012-345-6789, would be hncu6789). Your Username will not change.
  • Bill Pay will send out payments during the downtime, but payments for Bill Pay need to be scheduled by Tuesday, March the 3rd. Anything scheduled by this date will pay using the normal Bill Pay rules, i.e. payments can be scheduled on business days.
